The Threads was born from a very personal place. Facing a serious health crisis after the birth of my daughter, I wrote letters, collected poems, and gathered words for her — for the moments I was afraid I wouldn't be there to witness. The act of writing those things gave me a profound sense of calm. She would have my voice and maybe a touch of the wisdom I'd gathered in my life - no matter what. I built TheThreads so that anyone who wants to do the same can do it — for more easily and eloquently, hopefully under less stressful circumstances, and with a great deal of support. <3
